My journey is a testament to the power of resilience and transformation. Growing up in a financially strained household with constant upheavals due to a troubled family life, I found myself on a precarious path. At the age of 12, I had started smoking, and by the time I was 23, I was grappling with serious addictions. These were the darkest years of my life, leading me down a path that culminated in spending 5 1/2 years incarcerated. However, it was during this time that the seeds of change were sown.

When I got out of prison; I embraced a new identity and vowed to redefine my life’s trajectory. I didn’t even light up a smoke. I was done with the life I had known. 

I pursued and obtained a degree in marketing management. Getting an education opened my eyes, showing me that my past did not have to dictate my future.

I changed my belief system which led to a transformed life of personal milestones that once seemed unattainable. I married the love of my life, a man whom I once thought was beyond my reach due to his status as a lawyer and my label as a “criminal.” Together, we’ve built a life filled with love, joy and mutual respect. I now live in a home that reflects my dreams, complete with a basement remodel I designed. My office, where I run my business, has become a place of inspiration. Even my most loyal companion, a mini Australian shepherd, is a daily reminder of the life I chose to create.

Each element of my life today symbolizes the complete transformation of my mindset. Inspired by my journey, I created The Mindset Transformation Journal to empower others. This guided journal is not just a tool but a companion for anyone who dares to dream of a better life. It is crafted to help others navigate their path to  fulfillment, drawing on the lessons that shaped my new existence.
